What is Larvesta & Volcarona In Pokemon

Larvesta and Volcarona are new Bug-type Pokemon coming to Pokemon GO soon. Larvesta (the Torch Pokémon) evolves into Volcarona at level 59. Volcarona is a dual-type Bug/Fire Pokemon introduced in Generation V and known as the Sun Pokemon. Its Japanese name is Ulgamoth.

The release date for Larvesta and Volcarona in Pokemon GO is set for 10 AM local time on May 2, 2023. However, you won’t be able to catch them in the wild initially. How to Get Larvesta In Pokemon GO

To get Larvesta in Pokemon GO, you must participate in the An Instinctive Hero event running from May 2 to May 8, 2023. During this event, you need to collect a 2km, 5km, or 10km Egg. Once you have obtained an egg, you need to hatch it and hope that Larvesta is inside.

If Larvesta does not hatch from the egg, you will need to obtain another egg from the event and try again. So, make sure to participate in the event and collect as many eggs as possible to increase your chances of obtaining Larvesta.

How to Get Volcarona In Pokemon GO

To get Volcarona in Pokemon GO, you must first obtain a Larvesta by hatching a 2km, 5km, or 10km Egg during the An Instinctive Hero event. After obtaining Larvesta, trainers need to collect 400 Larvesta Candy to evolve it into Volcarona.

It’s worth noting that Larvesta is expected to require walking 1 km to earn Candy, making it the latest addition to the 1 km Buddy Pokemon list.
