Attention all Pokemon Go trainers! The latest event, A Mystic Hero, is now live and offers a unique chance to catch a Lapras with a special Blanche-themed accessory. The event features exciting Timed, Special, and Field Research quests, each with their own set of rewards.

Pokémon Go A Mystic Hero Event Dates

The dates for the upcoming Pokemon Go A Mystic Hero event have been officially announced. The event is scheduled to begin on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until Monday, April 17, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

During this time, players will have the opportunity to participate in special research led by the leader of Team Mystic, Blanche, who will be focusing on the pokemon Lapras and its evolution in Pokemon Go.

Pokémon Go A Mystic Hero Timed Research quest steps & rewards

If you’re planning to participate in the A Mystic Hero event in Pokemon Go, there’s more than just catching and battling to look forward to. Until 8 PM local time on Monday, April 17, 2023, players have the opportunity to complete timed research quests.

Step 1 of 3:

• Catch 5 Pokemon – 5 Poke Balls
• Transfer 3 Pokemon – 5 Nanab Berries
• Evolve a Pokemon – 1000 Stardust

Rewards: 1000 XP, 500 Stardust, and 2 Rare Candy

Step 2 of 3:

• Catch 10 Pokemon – 5 Poke Balls
• Transfer 5 Pokemon – 5 Razz Berries
• Evolve 3 Pokemon – 3000 Stardust

Rewards: 2000 XP, 1000 Stardust, and 2 Rare Candy

Step 3 of 3:

• Evolve a Pokemon – 10 Pinap Berries
• Evolve 2 Pokemon – 15 Poke Balls
• Evolve 3 Pokemon – 15 Great Balls
• Evolve 4 Pokemon – 10 Ultra Balls
• Evolve 5 Pokemon – 3 Silver Pinap Berries

Rewards: 3000 XP, 2000 Stardust, and a Magnetic Lure Module.

Completing each step of the timed research quests will earn players rewards such as Poke Balls, Berries, and Stardust. The final step, however, is the most lucrative, offering a Magnetic Lure Module, which can help attract rare Pokemon to your location. Be sure to take advantage of this exciting opportunity to earn some great rewards while exploring the world of Pokemon Go!

Pokémon Go A Mystic Hero Special Research quest steps & rewards

The Pokemon Go A Mystic Hero event has a Special Research story available on the ‘Special’ screen, which has no end date as long as the quest is started during the event. Here are the steps and rewards :

Step 1 of 3 :

• Catch 15 Pokémon (10 Poké Balls)
• Use 10 Pinap Berries while catching Pokémon (1,000 Stardust)
• Make 10 Great Throws (7 Pinap Berries)

Rewards: 1,500 XP, Eevee encounter

Step 2 of 3 :

• Evolve 3 Pokémon (50 Eevee Candy)
• Use 15 Berries to help catch Pokémon (15 Poké Balls)
• Catch 25 Pokémon (Shelmet Encounter)

Rewards: 2,000 XP, Karrablast encounter

Step 3 of 3 :

• Make 3 Excellent Throws (5,000 Stardust)
• Earn 5 Candies walking with your Buddy (10 Razz Berries)
• Evolve 10 Pokémon (Inkay Encounter)

Rewards: 2,500 XP, Lapras wearing a Blanche-themed accessory Encounter

Additionally, lucky players may encounter a Shiny Lapras with a Blanche-themed accessory, which is exclusive to this event. Completing the Special Research quests will reward players with Sinnoh Stones, Unova Stones, and Ultra Balls.

Pokemon Go A Mystic Hero event bonuses

The A Mystic Hero event in Pokemon Go offers several bonuses from April 13-17, including double XP for evolving Pokemon, two guaranteed XL Candy for evolving Pokemon, and Lure Modules that last for three hours.

However, there are no special spawns, changes to Eggs, or Raid line-ups as part of the event. Golden Lures will not receive any bonus during the event, although this is not mentioned in the official blog.
