Warzone 2 Loadout Drops finally Back How and Cost
The Warzone 2 developers stated on December 20 that Loadout Drops would return to the battle royale in the form of Loadout Drop Grenades. This item can be found in Buy Stations across Al Mazrah and will provide the standard Warzone Custom Loadout including weapons, Perk Packages, and Equipment.
Players can now buy their loadout drop for the following prices :
- Solos: $8,000
- Duos: $16,000
- Trios: $24,000
- Quads: $32,000
This comes just one day after a December 19 update cut the price of Primary Loadout Weapons from $5000 to $2500. It appears like the developers are working hard to improve Warzone 2 before the holidays arrive.
Raven Software did add an additional tweet saying that the continued availability of these loadouts would be dependent on feedback and the overall impact on the Warzone 2 experience, therefore purchased loadout drops are subject to change.
Players will undoubtedly be happy that a feature that was frequently sought has returned, however outside of solo matches, the price of loadout drops in Warzone 2 has significantly increased. Regardless of squad size, Loadout Drops cost $10,000 in the original Warzone.
