Warzone 2 Ranked Play Skill Divisions
In Warzone 2 Ranked Play, players will compete in different Skill Divisions based on their Skill Rating (SR). Here are the divisions and their respective SR requirements:
- Bronze: 0–899 SR
- Silver: 900–2,099 SR
- Gold: 2,100–3,599 SR
- Platinum: 3,600–5,399 SR
- Diamond: 5,400–7,499 SR
- Crimson: 7,500–9,999 SR
- Iridescent: 10,000 SR minimum
- Top 250: 10,000+ SR
Every player will start in Bronze and strive to progress through the divisions by winning matches, achieving high placements, and earning eliminations. At the start of a new Ranked Play season, players will be demoted to the lowest tier of the division below their previous season’s finish. For example, a Gold III player at the end of Season 03 Reloaded will begin Season 04 at Silver I.
Note that Crimson, Iridescent, and Top 250 players will be placed at Diamond I in a new season, as it is the highest starting position available. Good luck on your journey up the Ranked Play ladder!
Warzone 2 Ranked Play Skill Rating system (SR Explained)
In Warzone 2 Ranked Play, Skill Rating (SR) is earned based on various criteria including placement, kills, assists, and squad eliminations. The amount of SR earned for kills and assists varies depending on the number of squads remaining in the match.
Here’s a breakdown of SR earnings based on squad count:
- 21+ Squads Remaining: +5 SR per Elimination/Assist, +2 SR per Squadmate Elimination
- 3–20 Squads Remaining: +7 SR per Elimination/Assist, +3 SR per Squadmate Elimination
- 1–3 Squads Remaining: +15 SR per Elimination/Assist, +7 SR per Squadmate Elimination
It’s important to note that a Deployment Fee is deducted from each player’s SR at the start of every match. The higher a player’s Skill Division and Tier, the higher the Deployment Fee. Deployment Fees vary for each tier, ranging from no fee in Bronze I-III to a maximum fee of -210 SR for Iridescent and Top 250 players.
- Bronze I–III: No Deployment Fee
- Silver I: –10 SR
- Silver II: –14 SR
- Silver III: –18 SR
- Gold I: –23 SR
- Gold II: –28 SR
- Gold III: –33 SR
- Platinum I: –39 SR
- Platinum II: –45 SR
- Platinum III: –51 SR
- Diamond I: –58 SR
- Diamond II: –65 SR
- Diamond III: –72 SR
- Crimson I: –80 SR
- Crimson II: –90 SR

Warzone 2 Ranked Play Rewards
Get ready for exciting rewards in Warzone 2 Ranked Play! As you engage in the competitive battle royale mode, you’ll have the chance to secure unique rewards.
It’s important to note that Warzone 2 Ranked Play rewards are distinct from those in Modern Warfare 2 Ranked Play. In Warzone 2, players will earn rewards based on their Rank system, represented by a number beside your Gamertag ranging from 1 to 50. By earning stars for completing matches, your Rank will increase, and every five Ranks, you’ll earn rewards.
Stars are earned based on your performance:
- Top 25: 1 Star
- Top 10: 2 Stars
- 1st Place: 3 Stars
Rank Rewards include a Vehicle Skin at Rank 5, a Ranked Play Win Tracker Gunscreen at Rank 30, and a Ranked Veteran Operator Skin at Rank 50.
Furthermore, each season brings additional rewards for completing challenges related to Placement and Eliminations. Placement rewards feature a Pro Issue Weapon Blueprint, inspired by a popular community weapon choice during Season 03, along with a Weapon Charm. Elimination rewards offer an awesome Camo to use on any weapon.
Please note that End of Season Divisional rewards will be available starting in Season 04. If you finish at least in Crimson in Season 03 Reloaded, you’ll begin the next season at Diamond I. Aim high and strive for the Top 250 and even the coveted No. 1 in the World for additional emblems, charms, and more rewards.
